The free-shipping line is worth folding into the pack comparison rather than reading on its own. Two bottles at $158 plus shipping and three at $207 with none is a narrower gap than the sticker prices suggest, and the three-bottle pack also carries the bonuses.

Orders ship from the US unless the seller’s page says otherwise for your address. Domestic parcels are normally a handful of business days from dispatch; the dispatch itself takes a day or two after the order.

This desk does not print a guaranteed delivery window, and that is deliberate. Carrier performance varies by region and by season, and a printed promise that the carrier has not made is a promise this desk cannot keep. The tracking number in your confirmation email is the accurate answer for your parcel, and it updates as the carrier scans it.

International destinations, where the seller ships to them, add customs processing that nobody in the chain controls.

Ring immediately. Before dispatch an address can usually be corrected in a minute; after dispatch it becomes a carrier matter, and carriers charge for redirection when they allow it at all.

The commonest version of this is an apartment or unit number left off. It is also the commonest reason a parcel is returned to sender, and a returned parcel adds a fortnight to an order that was otherwise fine.

• Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct light. A kitchen cupboard away from the hob is fine; a windowsill and a bathroom shelf are not.
• Leave the desiccant sachet in the bottle. It is there to keep the capsules dry and it is not packaging waste.
• Keep the cap closed between doses rather than leaving it off on the counter.
• Check the best-before date on the base against the pack you bought. Six bottles is six months of use, so the last bottle should still be well inside date.
• Keep it where children cannot reach it, like anything else in the cupboard.
• If a bottle arrives with a broken seal, do not take any of it. Ring the order desk.

Photograph it before anything else. A damaged carton, a broken seal or a leaking bottle is much easier to resolve with a photograph attached, and much harder once the packaging is in the bin.

Then ring the order desk with the order ID and the tracking number. A trace usually takes a few days at the carrier’s end, and a reship or a refund follows from it.
