Contact Menmohoney: two routes, and which one you need

The returns address is printed here so a reader can find it without ringing. It is not an instruction to post bottles there: get the return authorisation first, or a parcel can be refused at the door.

• The order ID from the confirmation email. Everything starts with it.
• The tracking number, if the question is about a parcel.
• The lot number from the base of the bottle, if the question is about the product itself.
• A photograph, if anything is damaged or looks wrong. Taken before the packaging goes in the bin.
• The email address used at checkout, which is not always the one you are writing from.
• The date of purchase, because the guarantee window runs from it rather than from delivery.

This form opens your own email client with the message pre-filled. It is a static website with no server behind it, which is stated plainly rather than dressed up: nothing is submitted anywhere, and if the form does not work on your device, write directly to contact@Menmohoney.com instead.

Worth listing, because a wasted email is a wasted day.

It cannot see your order, find your parcel, change your address, cancel anything, issue a refund or tell you when something will arrive. It has no login to the order system and no way to acquire one.

It also cannot give medical advice, and will not try. A question about whether MemoHoney is appropriate alongside a particular prescription belongs with the person who wrote the prescription, who can see the whole picture. What this desk can do is tell you precisely which pathway the ingredients act on, which is on the side effects page, so that conversation starts from something concrete.
