This website is a set of static files. It has no accounts, no cart and no server-side code.
It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and stores nothing about you. The only data that reaches anybody is what you type into an email, and the only third parties involved are the font service and the seller’s checkout, both named below.

The third parties a MemoHoney page touches
Google Fonts
Two typefaces are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Requesting a font file sends your IP address and user agent to that service, as any request to any server does. No cookie is set by it here.
The seller's checkout
Every order button leaves this site for the seller’s checkout. From that point their privacy policy applies, and they collect what is needed to take a payment and ship a parcel. This desk receives order information from them in order to answer the phone about it.
The web host
Ordinary access logs, as above. No third-party analytics, no advertising network, no tag manager and no session recording is present on any page of this website.
Email sent to the MemoHoney desks
Two addresses appear on this website. The website inbox, printed in the site footer, handles the pages: corrections, privacy requests, press. The order desk’s email and phone line, both in the site footer, deal with orders already placed.
What you write in an email is held in the mailbox it was sent to, for as long as is needed to deal with it and to keep a record of having dealt with it. It is not added to a marketing list, it is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone who is not dealing with your message.
Please do not send card numbers, banking details or medical records by email to either address. Neither desk needs them and email is not a secure channel for any of the three.
Your rights over MemoHoney data
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Where a request concerns an order, it has to go to the order desk, because this website holds nothing to delete.
Requests about this website go to the website inbox in the site footer. Requests about an order, a payment or a shipment go to the order desk, by phone or email (both in the site footer).
A request that reaches the wrong address will be answered by being pointed at the right one, which costs a day. The split is stated on the contact page as well.
This website is written for adults and the product is for adults 18 and over. Nothing here is aimed at children and this desk does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this MemoHoney privacy policy
If this page changes, the review date at the foot of every page moves forward with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
